 General Meeting

They say that laughter is the best medicine. For our October General Meeting we will be joined by Terri Reasoner, PHD., a practitioner of Laugh Yoga. She will lead willing participants in "intentional laughter." The reported results can be reduced cortisol, reduced blood pressure, and reduced pulse rate. It has been reported that other results can be increased endorphin levels and reduced pain, anxiety and depression. Come join us at the October meeting and see for yourself.
